I was rear-ended in 2017. The other driver was 100% at fault. Although the other party's insurance covered vehicle damage, the insurance company, at first, denied all medical claims for whiplash and a concussion. Then, the insurance gave a low ball offer that only partially covered my medical bills. Trying to get reimbursed for out of pocket costs was a frustrating experience. My insurance company also sent a letter that said I could not consult with a lawyer without their permission. Our car was sandwiched on the freeway 163 one night around 7:00 pm, luckily everyone in the car was fine, but the car was not drivable and towed away. The three things I look for and expect in a lawyer are trust, communication, and honesty. I trusted Gene with my case completely. He always gave me good advice and is an expert in his practice. I never had to worry about lack of communication from Gene or his associates. Whenever I called I was always able to speak to Gene directly. I never got the run around from his office and my calls were always returned quickly. If anything was going on with my case I always received a phone call about it. Gene was always honest with me and explained things to me fully. I always got every detail from him about all my options and I never had to worry. I am so glad I didn't waste my time trying to deal with the insurance companies and let Gene's office take over the stress of my case. Trying to handle my case on my own was not worth it and I was more than pleased with the results Gene was able to achieve for me.

I really can't say enough about Gene. He really knows what it takes to get things done. He kept me informed when there were changes in my case and was always very reassuring when I thought this would never end. I have never been through anything like this before, so I had no idea what to expect but he did a great job at keeping me prepared for all that was coming. Needless to say he settled my case got me the medical care I needed and went above and beyond to do so. Thank you for everything Gene. You and your team are nothing short of exceptional! Had a very difficult case and he took it on with no problem. Gene is an awesome lawyer! Had a very difficult case and he took it on with no problem. Highly recommend him. He is very compassionate. After we were rear ended and our car was totaled, we contacted our insurance and the other person's insurance.We got no help in filing the claim from our insurance, and the other person's insurance was even worse. I've had enough of trying to deal with them myself and started calling accident attorneys. After a few calls to the advertised attorneys I became totally demoralized. Because there was no blood and police weren't involved, they didn't want to take the case. I can't remember how I happened to find Bruno's number but he answered his phone and took over dealing with insurance companies. I will be eternally grateful to him and Aline with all the help they gave us. They explained every little detail and process,and kept us constantly updated. It was an unfortunate day to be involved in an accident where two vehicles collided into mine. Through all the nerves and pain there after, it was calming to have been referred to a professional.
