$100,000 – Bicycle Struck by Car – Ramona, CA
Our 8-year-old client was riding her bicycle on the sidewalk just slightly ahead of her mom who was pulling a wagon with the younger children. Although she stopped at the driveway entrance, the defendant never saw the client and ran over her bike trapping the little girl under the vehicle. The defendant’s insurance denied her claim and blamed the little girl for riding on the sidewalk.
