Brian was born and raised on Long Island, outside of New York City. He graduated from the State University of New York at Farmingdale with a degree in Computer Programming and Information Systems. Brian moved to San Diego to attend Thomas Jefferson Law School, where he graduated with Pro Bono Honors. While in law school, Brian was active in the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association, the South Asian Law Students Association, and the International Law Society. Brain also volunteered with the San Diego Legal Aid Society to provide pro bono legal services to the public.

Outside of the office, Brian enjoys San Diego’s near perfect year round weather by adventuring with his two French bulldogs at the beach. Brian also enjoys traveling and spending time with friends and family.
