Josef joined the law firm in 2023. As a Closing Specialist, Josef assures clients receive accurate settlements as quickly as possible. By managing our post settlement process, Josef ensures the accuracy of all settlement documents, proper allocation of settlement funds, negotiation of medical expenses to maximize our clients’ recovery, and prompt payment of net settlements to clients. Josef takes pride in providing excellent customer service by keeping clients informed throughout the process.

Josef was born in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico and raised in San Diego. Currently, Josef is pursuing a Paralegal Certificate at Miramar College and he hopes to attend law school in the future. He is fluent in Spanish.

During his free time, Josef enjoys working on cars, cherishing moments with his fiancé, and the intricate art of watchmaking.
