Prior to joining the firm in 2022, Juan worked as a claim adjuster for an insurance claim adjuster for 10+ years. He has a deep understanding of insurance company operations and the strategies they use to minimize injury settlements. Now he’s putting his insider knowledge to good use helping our clients. As our Lead Case Manager, Juan is a primary point of contact for clients throughout their case. He offers support, answers questions, and keeps clients informed about the progress of their case, but his main role is monitoring medical treatment and working closely with medical professionals to ensure our clients receive the best in medical care.

Juan was born in Long Beach but has spent his entire life in San Diego. He has been married for 12 years and he has 2 boxers, Oscar and Tyson. In his free time, Juan enjoys traveling and golfing. His favorite vacation spot is Hawaii. He is a big Padres fan and goes to games as often as he can. Go Padres!
